Keeping Skincare Simple

Your skincare routine is for the long haul, so keeping it simple can help keep you faithful. You can certainly try new and different products, but like most things in life, consistency gets results.
I start each day by hydrating my face with a mild cleanser or a warm damp face cloth. Twice a week I use an exfoliator. A damp face is receptive to water-based moisturizers, so I apply Santa Fe DIRT without drying my face first. My skin just soaks up all DIRT's wonderful active ingredients — from jojoba, hyaluronic acid, and squalene to CoQ10, resveratrol, orchid stem cells and full spectrum CBD. DIRT is a clean moisturizer, with all natural ingredients, so I use it as an eye cream as well.
To seal in all this antioxidant and anti-inflammatory goodness, I apply Santa Fe DEW face oil, which enhances my skin barrier and protects from environmental stressors.
Now I’m ready for sunblock and makeup.
At night, I cleanse my face again, and apply Retin A, which is one of the best anti-aging ingredients, thanks to its ability to stimulate collagen production and the natural cell renewal process. It’s also great for people with acne… but Retin A can be very drying, so I layer Santa Fe DIRT facial moisturizer and DEW face oil on top of it.
